The Village of Steger Board of Trustees on Aug. 17 voted to table consideration of the executive assessment and recommendation for Residential Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services, and separately tabled naming a specific highest‑ranked proposer. Trustee Perchinski made the motions to table both items; Trustee Thurmond seconded and both motions carried on roll call with all trustees voting aye.
