The Planning Commission approved S26-5, the final subdivision plat for Trailhead Crossing, finalizing lot layout, right-of-way dedication and drainage reserves for the previously approved development plan.

After approving the development plan for lots B and C, the commission approved S26-5, the final subdivision plat that implements the Trailhead Crossing concept plan. Staff told the commission the plat includes all six lots envisioned by the earlier rezoning and includes easements, right-of-way dedications, and reserve areas for drainage.
