Hibbing PUC votes to terminate EPCM engineering contract for Southern Interconnect

After returning from a closed session under Minnesota Statute 13D.05 subdivision 3, the Hibbing Public Utilities Commission voted to discontinue all payments under the EPCM proposal and provide 30 days' notice of termination of the engineering design contract for the Southern Interconnect project. The chair made the motion and Commissioner Stokes seconded; the motion carried.
