Board approves revised Willow Valley Southpointe plan with occupancy tied to intersection work
The Board approved a revised land development plan increasing cottages from 14 to 16, granted seven waivers, and conditioned occupancy certificates on completion of a required intersection alignment; vote was 4-0 with Chair Randy Moyer abstaining for a professional conflict.
