The district presented an update on a 110-unit workforce housing project intended for BUSD educators. Staff said the six-story development includes 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with income tiers from 30% to 120% area median income, and that construction is proceeding quickly with an anticipated completion ribbon-cutting in January 2027.
