The Plan Commission voted to deny an exception request from Coach Hills to waive required sidewalks for a condominium plat, applying the findings required under §74-2.9 for exceptions and modifications. Staff recommended denial, saying the submission did not demonstrate the exceptional, extraordinary or unusual circumstances necessary to waive the sidewalk requirement; staff said there were no physical constraints apparent in the applicant narrative that would prevent sidewalk installation.
