Officials report demolition progress at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, keep Halls A–C operating
City and Inspire Dallas officials told the finance committee that demolition of Halls D–F and ancillary buildings is underway, with Hall D complete, demolition continuing through Dec. 2026 and foundational work set to begin late 2026 into 2027.

City and private-sector project managers told the Dallas Committee on Finance on Sept. 22 that demolition of parts of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center is progressing and that efforts are in place to keep Halls A, B and C operational while work continues.
