Winston Sandino, representing A+W Enterprises LLC, presented an overview of the proposed redevelopment at 52561 Columbia River Highway during the Scappoose Urban Renewal Agency meeting on March 16. Assistant to the City Manager/City Planner N.J. Johnson reviewed the Urban Renewal District process and told the Agency staff and the Economic Development Committee had recommended the application as complete.
