Montgomery County program opens limited Spanish-language asthma classes; enroll by texting "asma"

Dr. Luis Aguirre, the Iniciativa Latina de Salud representative, said enrollment is open and described a two-step registration process: text the word "asma" to the program phone numbers and a staff member will follow up to complete enrollment. "Escriben asma y nos envían," he said, and staff will ask brief questions such as the child’s age and whether the family lives in Montgomery County.
