The board accepted for the record a communication concerning an annexation agreement that adjusts millage splits and aligns two tax districts for a new retail project along Harrison Avenue. Eric Landon, working with the project developer, said the project lies entirely within the city of Harrison but the parcels were in two separate tax districts; the annexation agreement aligns those districts and the related Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) adjustments.
