Chair Suzanne Coker Craig reported that the Community Forum on March 26, 2026 "went well" and that attendees had the opportunity to provide input on how the pavilion site should be developed. The board heard that East Carolina University (ECU) students will present a GAP analysis on April 29 and then present survey results and a final site draft for the Pavilion on May 4.
