Members of the Planning/Zoning Board (John Nevin Jr, Chris Peters, Rob Meixner) asked trustees to proceed with codification of village ordinances through General Code and requested that the Village post a zoning‑variance application on its website to streamline submissions. Officer Healy told the board he will work with the Planning/Zoning Board to get the codification completed.
