Mayor Brim requested the board approve declarations that two properties—40 Mechanic Street and 4 Platten Drive—be designated nuisance properties because of property maintenance code violations. Trustee Bates moved to approve the declarations and Trustee Simko seconded; all present voted in favor and the motions carried.
