The Tulia ISD Board unanimously adopted FM (LOCAL)-X on Sept. 16, aligning district treatment of absences for University Interscholastic League (UIL) activities with other extracurricular activities approved by the board. The motion was made by Ashley Ramirez and seconded by Jenni McCaslin.
