Charlie Krebs informed the Board that the drainage improvement plans have been approved by the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and that the Village of Estero has issued the necessary construction permits. Krebs said bid documents were finalized and ready for contractors to pick up; the Board discussed advertising, timing of the bid opening and the mandatory pre‑construction meeting.
