Eric Long presented a revised Long Range Plan and reported the backup irrigation well—budgeted at $291,500—is near completion; he expects the current pump to be installed and operating within the next couple of weeks and plans water quality testing on both wells. Long said due to a kink in the other well’s casing, the new well is anticipated to become the CDD’s primary well.
