RTC staff presented a draft Regional Active Transportation Plan that maps a countywide active‑travel network, finds most corridors have high stress for cyclists and pedestrians, and proposes a prioritization for filling gaps and deficiencies ahead of a 2027 adoption.

The Regional Transportation Council presented a draft Regional Active Transportation Plan to the Clark County Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee on Sept. 22, saying the plan is intended to connect local walking and bicycling networks across jurisdiction lines. "So, the purpose of this regional plan is to help bridge those gaps," Judith Perez, a principal planner with RTC, told the committee.
