Ethics commission outlines fixed filing dates and Peach File rollout
David Amadi, executive director of the State Ethics Commission, told the council that SP 199 will set fixed quarterly campaign disclosure deadlines (Jan. 31; Apr. 30; Jul. 31; Oct. 20), move financial disclosures to April 1 annually, allow judges to mark residential addresses restricted under HB19, and launch a new Peach File filing system on Jan. 1.
