Commissioners approved Resolution 2609-15 to authorize administrative approval of certain final subdivision plats in accordance with TCA 13-3-402. The change permits county planning staff to administratively approve final plats of up to the statutorily allowed number of lots (the resolution and state code set thresholds) and requires staff to report such approvals monthly to the planning commission for transparency.
