The Pomfret Planning Commission reviewed its draft Town Plan at a hearing on Aug. 25, 2025, and made no material changes to the document. Chair Bill Emmons summarized recent work and the town’s land status, noting "We have Ski area in town a big benefit for the public," and described next steps: the commission will pass the draft to the Selectboard and may send it to TRORC for optional review.
