At its July 29 special meeting, the Pomfret Selectboard voted unanimously to enter executive session "pursuant to 1 V.S.A. 313(a)(3) to discuss the employment of public employees and the appointment of public officers." The motion to enter executive session was moved by Benjamin Brickner and seconded by Eric Chase; the board entered executive session at 7:08 p.m. and returned to open session at 8:27 p.m.
