Local civic group plans informational panel on services and tough budget choices
A nonpartisan community panel organized by Kick Conversations will bring together local service providers to explain how decisions at higher levels affect local healthcare, education, transportation and social services; the event is set for Tuesday the 22nd at 6 p.m. at the Westby Performing Arts Center.
