Vernon County adopts housing study outlining need for 58–60 new homes annually

The board approved a county housing report prepared with UW–Madison Extension showing Vernon County needs roughly 58–60 new housing units per year, that 25% of households are cost‑burdened, and a five-part strategy to boost production, funding and local zoning changes.
