Arnold Redcicker identified himself during public comment: "My name is Arnold Redcicker, doing business as Arnie Redcicker." He said he was present during the 2005 rework of bylaws and an interlocal agreement connected with Connexus and offered to be a resource to anyone seeking historical clarity about that period. "I was there when the bylaws and interlocal agreement was redone in 2005," he said, and asked that the record reflect his offer to help resolve outstanding questions.
