The Board Manager informed members that final rulemaking paperwork for Chapter 120, Electrical Standards, would be submitted to the Secretary of State on June 26, 2026, and that the adopted rule's effective date will be July 1, 2026. Board staff committed to sending an email blast to all licensed electricians and to post the adopted rule on the State of Maine Electricians' Examining Board webpage.
