Planning staff told the board that about 53 citizens signed up to be stakeholders and that interviews are scheduled Oct. 1 nd Oct. 2. Interviews will run from about 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a lunch break; each stakeholder will have a 15-minute interview to record concerns that will be compiled into a draft issues list for public review and for survey question development.
