Commission releases two bonds, holds one certification pending minor fixes
The commission released a $10,000 bond for a completed Fenton Drive project and approved release of a $60,000 bond for 13 North Pond Road while withholding the certificate of compliance until riprap adjustments are completed; Pearl Brook Estates lot cleanup was also signed.

The Conservation Commission voted to release a $10,000 bond for the Fenton Drive project after staff reported site stabilization following a site visit. The motion to issue a certificate of compliance and release the bond passed unanimously.
