Staff requested authorization to apply for the Department of State Countywide Resiliency Implementation Strategy Program (CRISP) to turn existing plans (comprehensive and hazard mitigation) into fundable projects. The program requires a 10% local share; staff sought authorization for project-level requests up to $150,000 (local share approximately $15,000) and the committee authorized applying.
