Surveyor Brian H presented the proposal to add about 3 acres from an adjoining 57‑acre Kent Hollow parcel to the Mixster Holdings property on Route 22 and said the subject parcel is currently "1.679 acres." He said there is no development proposed and that the change primarily cleans up long‑running use of the land.
