Committee members agreed a practical process for interview teams: each group should submit up to about 20 questions to HR and pare those down to roughly 10–15 core questions a panel can reasonably cover in a 45-minute rotation. The committee noted that candidate resumes and materials will supply basic biographical facts, allowing panels to focus on substantive questions.
