The Benzie County Board approved on Sept. 8 a one-year agreement with Dr. Mark Holley of Complete Appraisal Service for fieldwork and ECF parcel review to prepare for 2027 equalization, with total annual compensation not to exceed $41,000. The agreement was approved subject to legal counsel review and authorization for the chair to sign once counsel has approved the form.
