The Monterey Select Board reviewed a contract with EDM Engineering on May 19 for structural and electrical engineering work on the Community Center Pavilion. Board members questioned assumptions in the contract that appeared to place responsibility for front-end bidding documents on the Town; the Board telephoned architect Christiann Dinkeloo, who clarified that "EDM Studio would prepare all technical specifications and work with the Town and Town Counsel on the front-end bid package."
