The Select Board completed a final review and on July 21 adopted an updated Town of Monterey Employee Manual. Susan Cooper presented a final amendment clarifying the grievance procedure when a grievance involves the Town Administrator; Mickey Jervas thanked the Board for "recognizing the contributions of part‑time employees" and noted minor typographical corrections and a clarification regarding leave during an employee's first 90 days.
