A co-convener said Alex Forward will serve as a regional forum to identify gaps, align partners and move workforce priorities, with work‑based learning singled out as a top priority. "Individuals need an opportunity to earn while they're also learning," the co-convener said, and the group plans a charter and a dashboard to help the city manager track key metrics.
