The Planning & Zoning Commission approved the Plat of Tracts 1 and 2, Schaefer Subdivision, covering portions of Section 32-99-70 (N1/2SW1/4, N1/2SE1/4, SE1/4SE1/4, and E1/2SW1/2SE1/4). Aaron Hogrefe moved for approval and P.J. Olson seconded; the roll call vote recorded all present voting aye.
