Commission approves Mentor Second Addition replat, adopts Resolution 2026-09
The Hughes County Commission approved Resolution 2026-09 to subdivide Lot 11B in Mentor Second Addition into two residential parcels (approx. 11.91 and 8.57 acres). The unanimous vote clears the way for an additional home on the new lot.

The Hughes County Board of Commissioners on May 19 approved Resolution No. 2026-09 to replat Lot 11B of Mentor Second Addition into two parcels. Commissioner Tom Rounds moved for final plat approval and Commissioner Connie Hohn seconded; "All voted Aye. Motion passed." The action clears a roughly 20-acre parcel in the SE1/4 of Section 33 (T112 R79) to be subdivided into Lot 11B-1 (approximately 11.91 acres) and Lot 11B-2 (approximately 8.57 acres).
