Board denies variance for accessory structure at 7495 Brompton Dr., orders 60-day compliance

The City of Foley Board of Adjustment & Appeals on Aug. 10 denied a variance request from applicant Ryan Lowery for an accessory structure at 7495 Brompton Dr., voting 5-0. Tyler Higginbotham made the motion to deny, seconded by Luanne McCarley; the roll-call vote recorded Gary Hellmich, Luanne McCarley, Keith Jiskra, Steve Bailey and Tyler Higginbotham as voting aye. The board later approved a separate motion requiring removal or relocation of the structure within 60 days to meet city requirements.
