Treasurer Jeff Ehart told the board the district’s audit concluded in January and staff have posted the related journal entries, which realigned revenues and expenditures into the proper fiscal years. “The district has now completed the audit process and all audit related journal entries have been posted,” Ehart said, noting large July–September disbursements reflected prior-year commitments rather than new spending.
