Commission hears updates on several housing projects that could affect seniors
Commissioner Sandra Moody reviewed multiple housing applications and developments — including a 68-unit multifamily proposal by Community Presbyterian Church, a proposed 200-unit mixed-use project at Town & Country, NOVA (a 50-unit age-restricted community), a 106-bed assisted-living project and other multifamily developments — and said a newcomers packet for new senior residents is being planned.
