Project manager, permitting and quarterly reporting set conditions for Fair Park build

Norman Alston was introduced as Fair Park 1st's project manager and owner’s representative; he will oversee permitting and construction administration once construction documents are completed. Fair Park 1st explained the construction documents are the next milestone and that permitting—including a certificate of appropriateness from the landmark commission for the transition zone—must be secured before submission for a building permit.
