Water-district upgrades discussed but funding, timing unclear for Fulton Ridge service needs

During public testimony and follow-up discussion, applicant supporters said the local water district has two projects under consideration north of the Fulton Ridge site (a potential 16-inch main upgrade and a new water tower under construction along Highway 92) that could improve fire flow and service capacity. Chris Shipley said those projects are on the district’s radar but that funding and timing remain unsettled.
