The Building & Grounds Committee reviewed an impact application for a proposed two-story residence with an outdoor pool and said the submission lacked required technical data and consistent symbology. Lance Lee, the town planning consultant, summarized the package and asked for corrected site data, noting that the building-area figure is about "4,000, called 4,100 square feet" and that the lot occupancy calculation and landscape numbers had been conflated.
