The Jupiter Inlet Colony Building & Grounds Committee voted to approve exterior renovations for the property identified in packet item 4a, provided the applicant submits corrected documentation addressing drawing inconsistencies and verifies that the roofline was not altered. Scott Aleska moved the contingent approval and the committee approved it on a voice vote.
