Commissioners pressed staff for detail after Heidi said a planned Nordcom upgrade to Harris/Motorola radios and supporting infrastructure had been added to the draft budget. "So the 202,000 that we've added in there is the total cost," Heidi said, describing a cost-share by jurisdiction size. Commissioners asked whether the town’s interlocal agreement requires payment and requested a breakdown of the total cost, compatibility and who is paying what portion.
