The Kearney Board of Aldermen voted unanimously on Oct. 21 to adopt local amendments to the municipal building code (Bill 33‑224). David Pavich, the city's community development director, told the board that staff accepted public comments and made two substantive changes before forwarding the ordinance for final action.
