Board adopts water and sewer code changes; council discusses $50 shut-off fee
The board unanimously adopted Ordinance Bill 51-2024 amending Chapters 700 and 720 to clarify adjustment eligibility and fees for water and sewer service. Finance Director Stephanie Harris cited 31 shut-offs in November and said a $50 disconnect fee is proposed to partially offset staff time.
