Chair Steven Apodathen presented the Technology Commission's annual report to members on Sept. 9, saying the document summarizes last fiscal year's recommendations and outlines goals for the coming year. He said the report centers on three pillars: (1) digital inclusion, civic engagement and strategic policy; (2) technology, infrastructure and innovation — including attention to AI, telecom and broadband affordability and utility systems; and (3) knowledge, information and data stewardship.
