Local startup pitches rapid, low‑cost street‑tree inventory after Austin pilot

Urban Pulse Mapping founder Andrew Lane told the Downtown Commission their crowdsourced pilot produced an interactive tree inventory (about 3,487 trees) and an arborist‑verified dashboard at lower cost and faster pace than conventional surveys; Lane said the city has the pilot data and is reviewing results.
