Planning staff told the commission they used ArcGIS and AI-assisted methods to analyze how different mapped resources would affect the number of parcels requiring PUD review. Staff said they "spent a good amount of time figuring out how to use ArcGIS" and used AI to assign parcels to zoning districts and summarize impacts; staff reported being about "90% confident" in outputs after spot checks and manual verification.
