Union County to replace Code Red with RAVE after vendor breach; five‑year subscription approved
After a November 2025 data breach at the county's prior vendor, Union County accepted a five‑year RAVE Mobile Safety subscription from Motorola Solutions and will transition resident signups and data over 4–6 weeks, officials said.

Commissioner Collins accepted a Motorola Solutions subscription services agreement for RAVE Mobile Safety at $8,679.44 per year for five years, with a one-time setup and integration fee of $4,300. The county record lists an effective date of Feb. 12, 2026.
